How much waste should I add?
Straight lays often use less waste than diagonal or patterned layouts.
A common starting point is 5% for simple rooms, 7% for typical homes, and 10% for stairs, diagonals, or many cuts. Your installer should confirm. The calculator lets you choose or enter a custom percentage.
